Any site can fill out an application and we will accept a wide variety of websites into our program. However, we reserve the right to refuse any website that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Can unsigned artists upload their music in order to sell their songs?
Yes, that's something we believe is very important. All famous artists once were unsigned artists and some still are!. We work with many very famous artists and labels but unsigned artists must also get a chance!
If I have more than one website, can I still become a Legaldownload.net reseller?
Yes, you may participate in the Program with multiple web sites.
There is an artist or record company which I would like to have in my shop, what do I have to do?
You can contact them yourself, so they can sign up themselves.
Do I have to create all the genres and prices beforehand?
No, you can determine your own favorite genres. The artists and record companies determine their own sale prices.
Can I offer this service in my own language?
Yes, you can. We have several translations of our downloadshops, but when we don't have translated your language yet, please contact us and we make sure it will be taken care of.
Can websites from all countries join?
Yes, they can! We have retailers from all over the world and we are working hard to add even more. All you need to have is a Website that does not violate intellectual property rights or promote sexually explicit materials, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

Can a non profit organisation join the Retailer Program?
Yes, we encourage nonprofits to join our program.
What if a customer has a problem with a file/song downloaded through my downloadshop?
If there is a problem with a downloaded file the customer can contact us at helpdesk@Legaldownload.net so we can re-enable the download(s).
How do I cancel the reseller program with Legaldownload.net?
You may cancel your account at anytime, email us at info@Legaldownload.net include your name and the name of your website.
